1.  Definately in the top 2 with Halifax!

Region population is around 2.5 million!

4.  Combine Kitch-Waterloo and Windsor into 1 southern ontario team and maybe it
could happen?  Population base of at least half a million people in that region.

5.  Probably the best possibility in the West for expansion team.  Over 300
thousand in the Greater Victoria Area, plus football on Vancouver Island is
becoming more popular in High Schools and Junior Football.
