Fair point.  I live in Oshawa, and I know people even here that
*never* go to Toronto.  You do see people travel to see the Argos,
though.  Not sure how many people travel from out of town to see the
TiCats.  All the same, it just doesn't seem geographically sensible to
put another CFL team anywhere near Toronto and/or Hamilton when both
are struggling now as it is.
