Just because you do not like the National Energy Program you dont have to
take a hissy fit Jeff.    I`ll give you this one Alberta owns about 80% of
the oil in the sands   The Feds own the other 20%    That`s how I read it.
You can`t survive without being part of Canada what do you plan on doing
joining the USA they would love it. Then they could use the oil to pay off
there trillions in debt, while you freeze your butt off.
The day will come when uncle sam wants your oil, and our fresh water he wont
ask he will just come in and take it.
