So a lot of cities are off the list right away. Quebec city, perhaps (kinda small) Halifax, probably, (kinda small) ... I thikn the BC interior MIGHT be bale to pull it off, but they are a little thin on population (Kelowna/Penticton). All of the major centers pretty much have CFL teams. Let's face it, we're Canada, we don't have a lot of really big cities ... Victoria?, to small. I think they could have a CFL team in Calgary, if they really tried,... ;-P (Okay okay, cheap shot,... It's an old joke, I couldn't resist,...)
