Why is it when there is already a good word in wide use, English
will pick it up, I.e. restaurant, cafeteria, etc. But when a word
doesn't exist in French, they refuse to use a single word in wide
use, that they would easily adapt to, and insist on creating a
sentence, or several French words to describe something, rather than
represent that something?

Are they that effing concerned their culture will die?
