You doesn't even know that Thanksgiving is in November > dumnasses. Why I bet you morons celebrate Fourth of July in June. Once again, metric is base 10, just like everything else on the planet, including all of humanity's fundamental mathematical system,... Everything in metric is relative to measurements within itself. a cubic centimeter of water weighs one gram. A litre of water wieghs on Kilogram,... and so on and so on. It's a logical system, and really not a "simple" system. Unlike the pure illogic of the imperial system. there is no rhyme or reason to that thing. Then again, I'm assuming you have no idea why mathematics have base ten globally. Every society on the planet has had their mathematics base 10. Except the imperial system. here's a question for you, why IS mathematics base 10?,.... It's pretty obvious. The Imperial system is based on the OLD British system of measurement. For a country that kicked the British out and hated the monarchy so much, you sure seem to like their lousy and antiqauted system of measurements. (look up Imperial in the dictionary.) You also realize of course that the only reason its called a "foot", is bacuse that was exactly the length of the Kin;gs foot at the time the system was brough int,... How dumb is that?. Yo ualso realize, of course, that Imperial tempertaure is ALSO based on the freezing point of water. but some GENIUS at the time, decided that a they should put salt in the water first, before they froze it, to figure out the "true" freezing point. That's why the freezing point in imperial is sooooo much colder than it should be. It's not the true freezing point of water. Why would Canadians celebrate fourth of July?, it has no bearing on Canadian history?. For Canadians it's just another date on the calendar. Canadians didn't win independence on the 4th of july, so, whatever. By the way, "you doesn't even know..." is realllllly bad grammar. Shall we teach you how to speak English as well?....
