Doenst need to be. You obviously dont know the rule.
All those clubs can choose from fathers that played for East Fremantle, Sturt, et al. They dont have had to play in the AFL at all.
It doesn't apply evenly to teams.
of course. The interstate clubs have a wider selection of players to choose from.
