Slight difference dude. The Father/son rule applies evenly to ALL

clubs.

The

concessions only apply to a select few like the Brions.

Do you believe all the inequities should be ironed out of the game ?

No, this is impossible as long as you have a National comp. But a
concession/socialist system where a team wins 3 in a row is as bad as

the

opposite system where a team like Man United wins 3 in a row. Maybe the
answer is cutting the Brions $concessioins by half?

I await your posts calling for less-advantageous draws for Collingwood

...

Look if you look at it over the past few years, Collingwood's draw has

had

the lot. A few seasons ago we won all four of our interstate games so

travel

doesn't worry the pies. What happens is that all the poorer Vic clubs

want

to play us for the extra $ we generate through gate receipts. The AFL

only

responds to their requests to play us. Collingwood will not complain

about

any draw because at the end of the day, we have to beat good teams to

make

the finals anyway.

... and it suits Collingwood just fine to encourage the AFL to accomodate those poorer clubs. While you may be able to identify some benefit to some other clubs, you cannot deny that Collingwood receive inequitable

treatment

from the AFL.

If you wanna harp on about the concessions that Brisbane receive at least

be

honest enough to admit that Collingwood receive consessions as well.

Look dude I was having a serious discussion with you but looks like you have only a secret agenda to discredit the 'pies. OR you cant read. I have said that it is IMPOSSIBLE to have an equitable comp but that any system that purports to being equal and lets one team dominate for such a long period like the Brion's are, & will do over the next few years, has very significant flaws in it I think. It is a bad reflection on the AFL when $concession card holders like the Brion's win 3 in a row. WHO cares about draws for Collingwood or the other teams when come September, it all becomes totally bloody irrelevant when playing the Brions? No other team would have beaten the Brion's last Sat. Not a snowballs hope in hell.

Well collingwood certainly didn't they had too many spectators on the ground. They lacked heart, guts and any desire to win the game.

Sydney or Port would have put up a much better effort they at least would have tried.
