Although, if you PLANTED in bounds and fell out while catching, you're
toes would still be in bounds while your face is in the dirt. BE
STILL! That is pretty decent evidence which call is right.

If you were diving and dragging a toe, then it is tough. Try to
"frame" it -- don't prepare to catch yourself, give up your body at
the cost of leaving a foot in contact with in-bounds ground as long as
possible given the circumstance.
