Despite the lefty lingo ("HEGEMONIC"!?), I have to agree that the
analysis is pretty dead on. Here's hoping baseball and hockey do
manage to follow thru on their well-established self-destruction
trajectories (Oh, rats! The baseball players actually moderated their
piggishness in the last CBA round. I guess we'll just have to count on
the owners.)
