Pres Day 2004 Bid Deadline & Qualifier Announcement

Presidents' Day 2004 Bid Deadline is tomorrow, Dec 1st.  All emails 
received after 12:00AM Dec. 2nd will be considered late, and will not be 
accepted because there are already more bids than spots available.

Also, I was unable to get additional fields to host a B-tournament the 
same weekend, and to avoid conflict with Santa Barbara Invite and 
Stanford Qualifier, I would have to run Pres Day Qualifier 2004 the same 
weekend as New Year Fest in Tempe, Jan 31-Feb 1, 2004.  My sincere 
apologies for those teams affected by the conflict...
