Even without consideration to amazing abilities, from the video it's 
clear that while he jumps from the line (I agree that his right, OB foot 
prolly came off the ground first, making him IB), he is pretty clearly 
jumping back towards the the playing field. He gets a significant hip 
bump that pushes him over the line, and some leg-on-leg contact that 
stops him from trying to toe in his left foot.

Not what anyone would call a blown call, tho, it was tight in slow-mo.
