I'm the videographer that took that footage, and I was curious too. So
I checked with a rules expert who said it appears that the receiver
was OB when he jumped to catch it, and that makes it an illegal catch.

If he had been IB when he jumped, then he should have been given the
score since the defender pushed him OB while in the air.
