In between the tee lines:
Anybody on your team can sweep any of your teams rocks. Nobody on your team can sweep your opponents rocks.



Behind the tee line:
When your side threw the rock, one person from your team can sweep in the house behind the tee line. With this year's rules, that person can be anyone on your team, as long as only ONE is so sweeping. That person can sweep any moving rock, no matter whether it is yours or your opponents.


When the other side threw the rock, only the skip or vice-skip ("the player in charge of the head") for your team can sweep behind the tee line. And s/he can, of course, sweep any moving rock... yours or your opponents.

This rule was changed internationally, and there are a lot of sites out there who still have the old rules posted. Make sure you go straight to the World Curling Federation itself:
