Well, we're not going to go mixing first-class and non first-class matches
when calculating averages, are we? So I think we can safely ignore an
innings against Holland.

There's actually nothing special about Rohan Gavaskar's record for India 'A'
in first-class matches.  I haven't included the match just completed because
I don't know where the scorecard is, but before that:
