Agreed. And I have actually written this several times over the years. 
Say what you will about his normal chu... stock ball, but it is 
indisputable that, by the Laws of the game, his toppie/dhoosra is a 
throw. It's in reverse if you like, but that the elbow straightens in 
indisputable. It enrages me that the ICC takes no action against this 
cheat.
