Balaji bowled complete rubbish in the two warm-up games. Pathan wasn't brilliant, but was pretty decent. I don't think India will play 3 left-arm pacers, however. I'd agree that all of the other 14 have a chance of figuring in T1. My suspicion is that India might play an extra batsman and go in one bowler short. (7 spec. bats, 1wk, 3 spec. bowlers.) If not, then Agarkar will play, because he's the best bat of all the bowlers. I doubt the team will go with the team you have above. It's 6+1+4 and Agarkar is not one of the bowlers. From the way the batting order was shuffled for the warm-up games, it seemed to me that Ganguly was keen on playing 7 bats. At the very least, he appeared keen to shore up the batting, and the way to do that is to either play an extra bat or play Agarkar. My rather brave prediction: Chopra, Sehwag, Ramesh, Dravid, Tendulkar, Laxman, Ganguly, Patel, Kumble, Nehra, Zaheer. -Samarth. > > Bharat > > PS: Any word on how Nehra has been doing?
