Nah, he didn't really, give him a break. He made the comparison only to try to point out the fallacy of using raw numbers in evaluating a guy's accomplishments within a specific time period. His point was, Cooney scored six wins in a decade, Frazier scored seven, Frazier's seven wins mean a lot, couldn't Cooney's six wins mean a lot, too? It doesn't mean he believes that Cooney's and Frazier's accomplishments are comparable; it just meant he wanted me to see that it's NOT a valid way to rank guys. I've acknowledged that it's not, however.
