The principles explained in the book can be found nowhere else. Haven't you noticed the "pros" inspecting the rack prior to breaking, often with their hand shielding the glare from the lights, and wondered what they're looking for? This book will shed a little light on the subject. If you don't think this book is worth the money, what other literature (on the rack/break) is better? There is so little information in print, one ought to read everything they can get their hands on.
