Isn't this fact all that matters. The BCA rules aren't important in this case as 
accepted
house rules trumps them. One of the leagues I play in say they use BCA rules, but they
really are very different. It doesn't really matter, they're the accepted and 
consistent
rules that have been used by the league for years.
