This really isn't fair. There are a few teams that  are near UCONN/TN
in the past few years (Notre Dame, Rutgers, LA Tech, OK, Duke) and
some one the rise. It's not always about getting the best group of
atheltes, but getting the right group of atheltes to build the right
chemistry.
