I don't think Frese was whining as much as saying how difficult it is to build
an elite program. She may be gradually doing that at College Park, and is
certainly helped by the success of the men's team and the new Comcast
Center...whether the Terrapins will reach the heights of Connecticut or
Tennessee, become a sometime national contender a la Duke, or underachieve will
be told over the next decade.
