I'm starting to wonder if Penny Toler of the Sparks isn't one of them... The Sparks WNBA championship teams were built by Rhonda Windham, the first Sparks GM. Lisa Leslie was assigned to the team but Dixon was a second round pick in '97, Milton and Figgs were draft picks in '99, and Mabika was "discovered" in an OPEN TRYOUT in '97. Windham even drafted Allison Feaster in '98. The only thing Windham did wrong was make bad coaching selections. That was enough though. Since Windham got fired, the Sparks have had a succession of bad draft picks and disasterous trades. Nikki Teasley is only exception.
