He looked lost on defense a couple of times, and it looked like that was what caused us to fall back to the zone for the two or three minutes we used it. I really wasn't impressed with Melvin Scott's defense, it looked like he has regressed since the end of last year. Also, I thought Felton had a couple of Cota-esque "I'm going to have to play every minute of every game, so I'm going to conserve energy on this play" plays. But that's about all the bad things I can say (except for Manuel's FT shooting, but that's expected). I really didn't get the substitution patterns early, but then late in the game, Roy broke out the press, and Illinois just wasn't fresh enough to get it done on offense at that point. I thought that was pretty damned good coaching by Roy. Jawad had a tremendous game, and May was terrific. To be fair to Bohlander, for him to give any contribution at all is more than I expected. I'm looking forward to Noel coming back. He's going to be a perfect fit, I think. Fast, strong, athletic, and able to give good minutes at three or four different positions. -- Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
