I've heard that proposed before, but find it makes little sense.  If both
teams are tied after each possession, then you have the same situation
you have now, with people whining that the coin toss decided the game.

I've got a better idea:  The loser of the coin toss should play some
special teams and defense, and then they'll get their chance.
