DMB League wanting Owners

I am the commissioner of DMB league that has been in operation since it was
PTP. We currently have a 12 team setup, but are looking to add more teams.
We have a 40 man roster setup, with the usual 25 active.
A Free Agent draft every January. With contracts based on the Elais ratings.
The Rookie draft takes place in March, and the season runs pretty much in
line with the Majors, April - September.
