FantasyRef Baseball Positions Available

FantasyRef is planning a major upgrade of it's baseball operations for
the 2004 season and beyond. With this upgrade, several staff-type
positions are open, please read the descriptions below and if you are

Fantasy Ref Baseball Positions:

Baseball News Production Manager: This position involves making sure
the latest MLB baseball news is featured on the FantasyRef site. This
includes, signings, injuries, trades, and anything pertinent to
fantasy baseball. FantasyRef is going to have a dedicated baseball
news area and this position will be in charge of making sure the news
is on the site in a timely manner. FantasyRef also wants to have a
Rumor Mill box, and have that also filled with the latest rumors that
come out regarding trades, signings, etc. This position will oversee
that area as well. This person will report to Brian Kreklau and/or
Dave Steiner for direction.

Baseball Leagues Commissioner/Auctioneer:

FantasyRef will be running many fantasy baseball leagues and is
looking for a person to serve as general fantasy baseball
commissioner. This position will be in charge of handling league
disputes, judging trades, running drafts, auctions, and mock drafts.
Posting Draft results and analysis on the site. This person is not
allowed to participate in any of the FantasyRef fantasy baseball
leagues, for conflict of interest reasons. This person will serve as
the direct commissioner of any baseball experts leagues that
FantasyRef runs. This person will report to Brian Kreklau and/or Dave
Steiner for direction.

Baseball Local Correspondents Editor:

FantasyRef will be doing local MLB correspondents reports on the
FantasyRef site. This person will be in charge of posting all
correspondents reports in a timely manner and making sure that the
correspondents report in. This position may involve recruiting and/or
replacing MLB correspondents. This person should be active in the
forums to help promote the correspondent news. This person will report
to Brian Kreklau and/or Dave Steiner for direction

All three of the above positions are non-paying positions, but offer
an excellent opportunity to enhance your name in the fantasy sports
community and be considered for paying positions and advancement in
the future.
