Twice the remaining value of the contract (i.e. - Joe Player - drafted
at 5 units in 2001 is signed for two additional years in 2003 (his
option year) - if he's dropped in 2004, the penalty is 60 units (2
years remaining x value of remaining contract = 30; doubled = 60).
Only exemption is if player switches leagues - then can be dropped
with no penalty.
