Complain to your ISP, they should be filtering these. OTOH my yahoo address
I use for newsgroups get filled up in about 30-45 minutes. 

Might also send some hate mail to MS for setting high ports open by default
in win2K/XP to allow this sort of crap to happen in the first place. Also
unless you =WANT= to get a virus in the future STOP USING OUTLOOK
EXPRESS!!!!
