2004 Hawaii Schedule

In case any of you are thinking about taking a trip to the islands to escape
the winter weather and catch some baseball at the same time, here's the newly
released UH schedule.  

Just a few comments.  There will be many opponents making their way to Hawaii
for the first time, most notably Texas, Florida Inter., and the Citadel.  A 3
game series against Northridge St. in early Feb. should also prove interesting.
 OTOH, UCLA won't be making their annual trek to Murakami Stadium this time
around.  This, despite the Bruins playing 4 games on the Big Isle against Hilo.
 Strange!

In other developments, Mexico St. will be offered an invitation to join the WAC
today.  Essentially, they will be replacing Rice in the baseball lineup in
2005.
