Seems reasonable to me.  I was B qualfied but never got my A and D
qualified and never got my C.

No, *you're* the number collector, Mr. Got ABCD at 20-50-100-200.  You
think having a lower number, a higher license, some award, or even a
specific type of gear magically instills into the possesor some
instant assumption of ability amongst the rest.  Bullshit, of course.
Anyone who waves a license in the air as some sort of automatic carte
blanche substitute for ability is fooling himself and trying to fool
anyone else who he imagines might care.
