fair price for a fatbob 163 ?

Hey,

Someone is selling a fatbob deck for $250 Canadian, I am not sure if it is a
fair price.

2001 K2 FatBob 163 with K2 Plasma bindings.  Great shape no base scratches.

What do you think ?  Is that a good deal ?
