Trouble printing out PADI OWD Knowledge Reviews from PADI CD-Rom

Hello

My friend is taking her PADI Open Water Diver class tomorrow, and she
can't figure out how to print out the Knowledge Reviews from the OWD
CD course that she has. (ancient PC at home, and says it's not working
correctly with
Windows XP)  She's across the country, so I can't help her.  She's too
frustrated at this point, and rushing to try to get through the
studying before class starts tomorrow.   Does anyone know where we can
download a copy of these Knowledge Reviews to make printing them out
easier rather than trying to figure out how to do it from the CD-ROM?
