We've had races in central park where elites participated (you'd know their names) and once you're in the high 80s, you stand a reasonable chance of beating several of them. However, I'd consider it somewhat more probable that "Dee" is actually male, there are considerably more males posting with female names than there are females who run elite times. Either way, these times are quite impressive, and the steady improvement resulting from smart training is inspiring.
