Requoting the whole message was not needed as the first 10 or 20 lines would have been enough to remind the readers what the original message was about. Whether or not he can read the language was never an issue for anyone but you. It was addressed that there have to be reliable translations of this text as not all Jews speak or read Hebrew. BTW - The question still stands, do you read Hebrew? Obviously you may answer this question any way you want as I'm not going to kick down your door to make you prove it.
