But the best I think is one that fits on an arm band - you don't grip it, it is seperated from your skin, limiting the sweat exposure, and it doesn't bounce around in your pocket. For my iPod, I found one that fits it, but many of the flash card players have it, or you can buy 3rd party arm bands that work too.
