No Doug. What's important is that people know it's very achievable for every
runner who commits themself to a racing team/club and seriously trains for a
year or so to increase their AG% rating 7.5 points. That's what the person did
Doug and it's absurd to characterize a runner who's 40ish and already doing
6:41 and gets to 6:03 after joining a racing team/club and seriously training
for a year or accomplishing an impossible feat. The person went from "good" to
"very good" and simply put it in an understandable context. Where's the
snobbery? I say anyone who does what the poster did will also realize similar
improvements. No?
