Cedar Point 2004

With all the talk about TTD being supposedly more reliable for 04, and my
one year wedding anniversay, i'm considering a trip out to Ohio from the UK
at the end of September - any advice on crowds at that time of year, good
but inexpensive places to stay and eat, and other theme parks / major
tourist attractions in the area?
