Well I guess that might explain some things but unless they have added more to the building than what I saw in the pics it looks like a big box with windows and a sign. I could be wrong, I haven't actually been to it. But I have been really up close to WDW TOT and I find nothing wrong with the exterior detail on that building. Some detail even extends beyond what is seen by the public areas. What details do you feel are missing from it?
