Let's see if I understand this: "World Band" describes shortwave, but was a
term made up by an advertiser and is " _used only_ for commercial
advertisements" even though the term _is_ now almost universally used bu
just about everybody as a generic term for shortwave broadcasting and to
describe shortwave radios,  and so we should quit using the term??  Huh?
Come again?  Is _that_ what you're saying?  Could you send me some of
whatever funny cigarettes you're smoking?
