Satscape is a cool satellite tracking program and is FREE:

Read the help files, but once loaded you click on the satellite of
interest and it will show the "ground track" AOS and LOS etc.
also can do a prediction on a satellite for say a day, like
ISS you can list the whole day or week or even month of passes
over your location, save it as a ."txt" file for use or print
it out.
