Hi Glen, I'm assuming you know about the PL tione of 67 hz required on the uplink... Try twisting the arrow while you transmit. If you hear well, maybe trying to match polarization on the uplink instead of the downlink will get you in. Also remember with the PL tone, if 2 stations of near equal strength collide on the uplink, neither will get in. Enjoy, and good luck.
