I suspect you'll find difficulty when seeking formal pyro training in Europe. You might contact the Pyro-Pak distributor in Germany and ask them for input. Their products are probably what you want to use in that kind of setting, but I have little idea of what one would need to do in Belgium to get ones paperwork in order.
