Come on Harry. These people making fireworks in apt buildings are just like you and me. They should be groomed and taught not treated as morons. I went to college and studied because I had an interest in fireworks. Its very understandable. Thinking even further this whole pyro thing is a catch 22. you can buy the chems but you cant use them!!!! (short of making sparklers and fountains) Guns are just as dangerous and yet as long as your 21 yrs old and not a felon or in some domestic dispute than you can own one. You can pay a little money and go to the range but you cant do that with fireworks. Pyro is a perfect example of chemistry that anyoneone can do. This whole hobby depends on education otherwise its thos few that will ruin it for all. Dont you think its better to educate than flame? Your hobby is on the line and you would be hurting yourself as I would by flaming people.
