Well its a simple design, I put a lamp dimmer in series with the 110v side of a 12v transformer, rectified the output to drive an auto blower motor. On the blower motor I put an offset pulley and on the pulley a large O-ring for grip. The drum was made from an old coffee can and a dryer rear bearing. The whole drum assembly is on a pivot and rests against the motor pulley and tention is maintained by a spring. Its really hard to describe, I'm not really into pyro anymore, (shipping restrictions to canada)only BP rockets. Whats left of the rollor sits on the shelf, in the way.
