I'll stop when my neighbors (including my next door neighbor in the same
bldg.) stop stocking 3" shells, and stop smoking cigarets over the leader
of same and over the lawn mower while pouring in gasoline (as same neighbor
did this summer), when they stop parking cars with gasoline engines in the
garages, and turn off the gas mains.  And when the guy 2 doors down stops
driving drunk.
