me too, I'm in a somewhat populated area, thus I keep no more than a
pound of mixed comps at a time around here (with the exception of BP,
I keep about a pound of it around), and also never any flash... if I'm
going to use flash I mix it up at the time I'm going to throw it in to
something.  best to be smart about thingies like this and store them
properly, I'd assume that if you keep proper storage, or at least pay
some respect to safety when it comes to storing and using judgement
when making any pyrotechnic devices, I'd imagine any REASONABLE judge
would let you go with a slap on the wrist and a big heafty ticket.
