What, no old-fashioned snail mail ?

Assuming you don't want to know, you can simply make a stack of envelopes,
each containing a slip of paper with a name, and the same name written on
the front.  Shuffle the envelopes, and place them in a circle (so you can't
see the names of course).  Take out all slips and place them in te envelope
one stepü clockwise.  This way nobody can get themselves and you don't know
who got whom.

Of course, if they don't trust you to not look it gets a bit more
difficult.
