It seems that the 21st Century CD-ROM is a lesser (but updated) version
of the 20th Century dead tree in a format you prefer.

Given that it would allow you to address *some* of your queries using
your favoured UI (but you would have to repeat some searches), it would
seem to be of some value to you.

I cannot judge whether that value is as much as the "less than £10" you
mention.
