Re: Request for advice - Nikon 801s mirror locks

i changed batteries and cleaned the contacts but it did not work.

i phoned the dutch nikon service centre and they told me, that if it were
not the batteries the shutter must be replaced at about 150$!!
i wonder how they diagnose that by telephone!

keep on trying!
